Refund Policy

Before items leave from our warehouse, our expert staff inspects them very carefully. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products:

  • Once the product reaches your doorstep, you get seven exact days to return the item back to us (within seven days of receiving the product)
  • We will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address

 

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  •  Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In the case of GreenTreasureLive discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case, ugaoo.com discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • In case, the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above.

 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition

Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before the items leave our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
• To request an exchange, please write to us at support@greentreasurelive.com.
• Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within seven days of receiving the goods
• GreenTreasureLive will replace the items or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item
• If you would like to exchange any item, GreenTreasureLive will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item
• Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address
• Return/Exchange of the items will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unused, with all original tags intact. Please make sure that the product is properly packed, to avoid any damage with a copy of invoice, before placing it for return.

Cancellation Policy

Can we cancel the order once it has been placed?
The order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped from order side. You may cancel the order which has not been shipped by us. The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.

GreenTreasureLive believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Nurserylive marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

What if the product received is in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, Please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damage Products mentioning your Order ID.

What if the Product/s get damaged during transit (Like Ceramic products)?
Most of the products damaged in transit are fragile items. We make sure that we ensure the products before shipping and make your experience a pleasant one. In the case of any damage, we will replace the products at our cost.
